Worldwide shipping

Terms of delivery

Packages can be sent worldwide by standard delivery if

• the surface area is less than 790 mm x 1100 mm or, alternatively,
• the length is less than 2,000 mm and the length together with the girth (= 2 x height + 2 x width) is less than 3,000 mm,
• the weight is less than 40 kg
• the package does not contain transportation sensitive goods.

In countries where deliveries are shipped by air (e.g. Turkey or all other countries outside of the EU) orders containing hazardous materials cannot be shipped. Spray cans and some kinds of adhesives are, for example, considered hazardous materials. If you are not certain if your order includes hazardous materials, don’t hesitate to ask us!

The same conditions apply to worldwide express delivery as are found for air freight. If your package is oversized or contains transportation sensitive goods it will be delivered per forwarding agency. If you have any questions in this regard, we will be glad to answer them.

The shipping costs will be based on dimensional weight if that is higher than the actual weight. In this calculation the following applies: 1m³ = 150 kg. This calculation is relevant for voluminous, lightweight articles like, for example, large amounts of folding boxes with lids or styrofoam.P>

Standard delivery worldwide

Deliveries outside of the EU are invoiced at net prices. In addition to the shipping costs (including handling and custom clearance costs), you must also pay any applicable tariff as well as the individual countries´ import taxes and sales taxes. We are not able to provide you with any general information about the extent of these costs.
