These wonderfully kitschy calendar holders (original motifs from the 1950´s) are, along with the tear-off calendar pads, real objects of nostalgia and can even serve as great decorations on their own. They are produced by embossing a grey cardboard that is laminated with paper and capable of being deep-drawn. This is then spray painted – even to this day by hand - using a template technique that can involve up to 15 passes!!
