Marabu Window Color fun & fancy is a transparent, water-based paint that, once having dried on a window, mirror, porcelain, tile or other smooth surface, can be removed as one piece. A decal made from Window Color can potentially stain or become impossible to remove from light or transparent plastic or painted wood surfaces. The bottle should be stored upside-down and in a cool place.
Treatment: Basically, Window Color should be applied directly from the soft bottle onto a transparent plastic film or glass sheet. In doing this, a line drawing of the motif you want should be placed under the film and the contours then traced with relief paint. For this work the Marabu EFFECT LINER 3D works great. After 1 to 2 hours, the contour lines should be dust dry and ready for Window Color to be used to fill in the motif.
During application, the paint will look somewhat milky but once dried the transparent colours become intense and brilliant. After about 24 hours, the decal can be simply pulled free from the film and attached anywhere you want (e.g. a window) by simply pressing it into place. You can attach and remove the decal a number of times.
Place template under a transparent plastic film and apply the relief paint. After 1-2 hours the relief line can be filled in with the paint.
