The Edding window marker is great for making inscriptions that can be wiped with a wet rag without smudging on practically all smooth, closed surfaces like, for example, display windows, mirrors, CHALKBOARD FILM and restaurant menu boards. The ink covers well even on dark and transparent surfaces. It was actually designed for indoor use but completely dried applications will in fact withstand a light rain for a short time. Note: it is difficult to impossible to remove the window marker from rough or porous surfaces once applied.
