With its luminosity and ability to glow for about 6 to 7 hours after a “charging” with either artificial light or sunlight, this Aslan self-adhesive fluorescent film conforms to the German norm DIN 67510-1 and can, therefore, be used in public spaces for labelling or security instructions. The film glows brightest just after any ambient light has been turned off. In addition, this film can of course be used for fluorescent advertising, for decoration and for handicrafts work. The film is designed for interior use where its service life is at least 5 years according to the manufacturer. Gluing work should be done at room temperature. In addition, it can be screen printed as well as digitally printed on all established printers with inks that contain solvents. In the case of the digital printing process, its printability should be first tested. Because of the carefully matched materials used in its construction, the film is great for production of labels, signs, logos, etc. It achieves its optimum adhesive strength after about one week.
