Koziol is a traditional German family business located in Odenwald. It is named after its founder, Bernhard Koziol, who began creating decorative and jewellery articles on his workbench beginning in 1927. Fast growth and experimentation with new synthetic materials lead to numerous innovative products like, for example, the crystal clear snow globe, which in the 1950´s took the whole world by storm and can still be found in many a child´s bedroom. In the meantime, Koziol´s signature presence in the market consists mainly of colourful plastic products for the kitchen and bathroom, the designers of which have turned even the most commonplace articles of daily use into cult objects.

Especially noteworthy is the fact that Koziol products are even to this day produced in Germany. This includes every production step from the prototype to the tooling to the final manufacturing done on the most moderm plastic injection moulding machines. What makes the Koziol product line stand out among the usual mass of cheap imports is of course, on the one hand, its innovative designs while on the other hand it has a great group of experienced employees at its plant in Odenwald whose capabilities make it possible to do things with plastic that most other companies can only dream about.

With the introduction of “Koziol spheres”, Koziol has expanded into the realms of interior decoration and project realization.
